Registry Rules & Guidelines
To keep the registry accurate and fair, all players must follow the rules below.
🔒 Eligibility
Only register horses you own or have permission to register
Do not submit false, misleading, or joke entries
Each horse should only be registered once
📝 Submission Rules
All information must be accurate and honest
Height, colour, breed, gender, and traits must match the in-game horse
If a mistake is made, use the Update Form, not a new submission
🔄 Updating Rules
Only the current owner may submit updates
Staff may request proof (e.g. stats or ownership screenshots)
Large changes (e.g. colour or traits) require valid explanation
Do not spam update submissions
All updates are reviewed manually — please allow 14 days
📚 Staff Responsibilities
Review all submissions for accuracy
Approve or reject entries if needed
Add horses to the wiki in the correct format
Keep registry pages organised
Maintain consistency in formatting, naming, and layout
⚠️ Invalid Submissions
Your submission may be rejected if:
Information is incomplete
Data is inaccurate
Horse is already registered
Duplicate forms are submitted
No proof is provided where required
