On EquinoxMC, horses can suffer from a range of realistic illnesses and injuries that impact their gameplay performance. These conditions are affected by random chance, activity level, and neglect, and may result in:

  • Reduced speed, jump, or health

  • Inability to ride

  • Contagious spread (in some illnesses)

  • Death or required euthanasia

Players must seek out a vet, farrier, or dentist to diagnose and treat these issues. Some conditions are chronic or terminal and may require euthanasia.
