Choose the proper vaccine, medicine, or tool
Apply treatment and monitor healing progress

If no player vets are online, use the Auto-Vet NPC:
Visit the clinic and pay a fee
Select treatment from a list
More expensive than using a player vet
Not all conditions may be treatable
